Storming out the gate with one of the biggest lineup announcements of the year, Launceston’s Party in the Paddock has today unveiled the first part of its 2024 bill. Set to take place in Quercus Park from February 8th to 11th of next year, the event will see some of the finest in rock, pop, indie, dance and more come together.
UK acts Rudimental and The Darkness lead the charge of the globe-spanning roster alongside German folksters Milky Chance, with The Drums and K.Flay leading the US contingent. Of course, the Aussies are in no short supply either, with G Flip Lime Cordiale, Ball Park Music, San Cisco and more on board. And get this: this is only the first part of the lineup – they’ve set the bar pretty damn high to say the least.
One act in particular that we’re excited to see is UK producer Chris Lorenzo who’s risen to prominence alongside tech house juggernaut Chris Lake in recent years. Those who attended his Ivy Pool Club set in 2018 will know just how magnetic he is live, and just going off his latest single, ‘Pump’, he definitely hasn’t lost his edge.
It’s set to be a huge return for the Tassie festival. Pre-sale goes live at 8am this Thursday (sign up here). We’ll see you there!
