Super producer extraordinaire Pharrell Williams has listed his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for a whopping $16,950,000. The ‘Happy’ singer bought the 10 bedroom home way back in 2018 from Hollywood wizkid Tyler Perry for $15.6 million.

Its clearly worth every penny, boasting waterfalls, a tennis court, a 200-foot private driveway, and a huge grotto with a swim up bar. A mega bachelor pad with a splash of Tony Stark mixed in for good measure, the mansion seems to be never ending, and seems it would be a pain to be maintain. But hey, we’re up for the challenge.
