The Chicago rapper will be in town for his set at Listen Out music festival…

Polo G has today (August 15) announced a pair of upcoming headline shows for Australia, heading to venues in Melbourne and Sydney at the end of next month. The rapper, who’ll be in town ahead of his performance at Listen Out music festival, is slated to appear at both The Enmore Theatre in Sydney (September 27) and Melbourne’s The Forum (September 28), during what will be his first-ever headline shows in Australia.

Polo G, who released his most recent single ‘Distraction’ in early-June, will elsewhere appear across various states as part of the Listen Out bill, taking to the stage alongside fellow lineup entrants The Jungle Giants, AJ Tracey and Disclosure, among many others. Frontier Members will gain access to presale tickets this Wednesday (August 17) at 11am here, while general onsale goes live on Friday, August 19 at the same here.

Polo G’s debut headline Australian shows will see the Chicago musician tour music from his three-album catalogue, the most recent of which, Hall of Fame, was released last year. The rapper’s third LP featured the singles ‘Rapstar’ and the Lil Wayne-assisted ‘Gang Gang’. Since then, Polo G has released a deluxe version of the album, and featured in the Neiked track ‘Better Days’ alongside Mae Muller.
