Of course it involves NFTs…

It seems NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) are impossible to escape now, with artists and celebrities dropping some new iteration of the currency every day, the likes of which fans won’t be able to find anywhere else. Superstar rapper Post Malone is the latest to hop aboard the train, joining the likes of Grimes, Azealia Banks and Flume as he offers fans the chance to to get up close and personal with him like never before.

Teaming up with cryptocurrency group Fyooz, Posty is offering select fans the chance to play a game of beer pong with him. The move is the maiden effort by the crypto group, who are hoping to offer a range of similar interactions with fans and their favourite celebs, allowing for a “one-off, multiple interactions, or indeed a ticket for ongoing events with the artists.”

It’s definitely a smart move to kick things off with a beer pong experience with Post, especially given Post’s admitted love of the game and all drinking games in general. He’s definitely put the hours in too, facing off against everyone from Drake to Doja Cat and even appearing on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon for a similar virtual version of the game (as well as a bunch of other drinking games in general).
