Whether you enjoy throwing up a causal shaka or not, it’s hard not to smile at Shakafest’s sophomore lineup, which will hit the Gold Coast on August 19th.

The festival aims to bring the best in local music and skate to The Miami Tavern, and will feature the recently resurrected legends Grinspoon as headliners, who are returning to celebrate 20 years since their debut album Guide To Better Living. Are you ready to hear ‘Just Ace’ live while moshing in baggy shorts? We are ready. Rampaging duo DZ Deathrays will also be performing live, while Ivan Ooze switches up the pace, fresh from performances alongside Desiigner  and Carnage, plus a collaboration with Ghostface Killah. Oh yeah, there’s also going to be a half-pipe for skaters if that tickles your fancy.
