Woah, Your Paradise just got a whole lot bigger.
Whether it’s his bass-reliant solo work, production for Justin Bieber, collaborations with ASAP Rocky or Jack Ü project alongside Diplo, there’s no denying that Skrillex has been highly influential in bridging different corners of dance and electronica together. While his earlier work was defined by monster wub-wubs of the dubstep resurgence, he’s also shown great versatility and restraint – making him one of the genre’s most accomplished crossover producers.
Now, it has been announced that the former emo pin-up will be stepping into the sunlight at Your Paradise, acting as a special guest at the Fiji festival. But that’s not all: He’ll be bringing his OWSLA cronies to curate some parties on the final day of activities, recruiting similar-minded selectors and producers like Anna Lunoe, What So Not, L D R U and Justin Martin for beachside and boat activities.
Skrillex and the OWSLA crew will be joining previously announced acts like Breakbot, Troyboi and Doorly as well as Australian breakout stars including Anna Lunoe and Cut Snake.
