The Smile, which features Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood, will be taking over Golden Age Cinemas on Tuesday the 23rd of January.

The Smile introduces their latest musical offering, the single ‘Friend Of A Friend,’ a sneak peek into their forthcoming sophomore album, Wall Of Eyes. This studio version, enriched with the exquisite strings of the London Contemporary Orchestra and the soulful saxophone embellishments by Robert Stillman, initially captivated audiences during the band’s extensive 2022/2023 touring.

Adding an extra layer of artistic brilliance, the music video for ‘Friend Of A Friend’ is helmed by none other than acclaimed motion picture director Paul Thomas Anderson. The video is set to make its grand premiere alongside a special surround sound album playback of Wall Of Eyes at select independent cinemas during a unique series of events from January 18th to 25th. Dubbed ‘Wall Of Eyes, On Film,’ these events will not only celebrate the much-anticipated album release but also spotlight the fruitful collaboration between The Smile and Paul Thomas Anderson.
