Having flexed his kitchen skills in an infamous 2008 Martha Stewart segment, in which the odd couple (who now have their own show on VH1) make mashed potatoes, it seems something of a surprise that West Coast rapper Snoop Dogg has announced that he will be putting out a cookbook of his own. However, given his unique popularity, ability to make anything cool and his love of money, it should come as no shock.
Titled From Crook To Cook the collection of recipes doesn’t sound like it will be catering to the vegan or gluten-free markets, and will feature 50 of Snoop Dogg’s favorite recipes like baked mac and cheese (pictured on cover below), chicken and waffles and baby back ribs, and will be organized by meals and occasions while also highlighting some of his entertaining tips.

The book will be available October 23rd and, from what we can understand, the man himself has high (no pun intended) hopes for it. “You know it’s blazin’ up in my kitchen. I’m takin’ the cookbook game higher with a dipped and whipped collection of my favorite recipes, ya dig?” Snoop Dogg says.
