Fremantle garage rock outfit Spacey Jane are truly a band for everyone. Coming through with quality songs like ‘Good Grief’ and ‘Good For You’ that showcase gritty guitar lines, honest song writing and beautiful vocals, it seems the band can do no wrong.
Their latest song ‘Skin’ starts off with a super mellow guitar line as lead singer Caleb delivers those classic soaring vocals atop a steady beat and cruisy guitars. Not too mention a mad baseline from bass extraordinaire Pepper herself. The track comes after the group have just wrapped up playing Laneway Festival across Australia, bringing insanely charged live performances that prove them to be one of the most exciting groups doing it in the Aussie music scene right now.
If future songs are anything like ‘Skin’, its clear that the group will have a real classic on their hand when they release their debut album Sunlight on June 12th, and we can’t bloody wait…
