Splendour 2018 attendees rejoice. The countdown to the lineup announcement for this years festival has just officially begun on the SITG website and, according to the mystical countdown, we will be able to put all the rumours and myths to bed by 8AM Wednesday morning AEDST – aka in five more sleeps.
In the past few weeks gaps in touring schedules of artists who are hitting our shores has lead to mass speculation that some big names will be partying with us in Byron with in July. Triple J hottest 100 winner Kendrick Lamar as well as Arctic Monkeys, Jack White, Franz Ferdinand, MGMT and Lil Dicky have all had their names thrown into the hat by cunning and hopeful fans.
Whilst UK lads The Wombats have all but confirmed they will be there with us, come Wednesday we will have confirmation of who they will be joined by and we can’t wait to see who’s going to blow us away at Splendour In The Grass 2018. Stay tuned.
