Mike Skinner and Kevin Parker… Who’d have thunk it.

With his first major release on the way since 2011’s Computers and Blues UK rap legend Mike Skinner has teamed up with Kevin Parker for the LP’s debut single, ‘Call My Phone Thinking I’m Doing Nothing Better’. The melding Parker’s dreamy vocals with Skinner’s laidback style is definitely something that we never thought we’d be hearing, and we’re still unsure as to whether this one is a hit or a miss.

Either way, the news that a new Streets album titled None of Us Are Getting Out of This Alive, due July 10th, easily makes up for any misgivings we may be holding about the track. Check out the video below, which features Mike and Kev, phones, and plenty of iso references:
