Following a smash return to the Entertainment Quarter this past Saturday with Eris Drew B2B Octa Octa, Rosa Terenzi, Willaris K and more, Summer Dance is keeping the hype going with their most recent announcement this Tuesday morning. Slated to take place on January 6th, the beloved day party is set to welcome none other than Bicep, Ross From Friends, Yung Singh and a bunch of our favourite local artists for the ultimate summer’s day.

Dance lovers, and purveys of music alike, will know how big a deal this is, with Bicep earning a well-deserved name for themselves as one of the best production and DJ duos in the world. Having played some of the biggest festivals in the world (most recently at the newly opened Drumheads in the UK), the ‘Glue’ hitmakers have a massive Aussie tour scheduled for NYE. So, it seems fitting that they finish things up at Summer Dance in the new year.

Joining them is British producer Ross From Friends, who himself has become one of the go-to producers in his field. Known for his nostalgic blends of dance, Ross is something of a treasure amongst day ones and newcomers alike, and judging by his show at the Metro earlier this year, we’re in for something special. Rounding out the bill is Sydney’s own Willo, who’ll be bringing her signature piece of rose coloured melancholy to the dance floor.

Then comes the After Dark proceedings, with the party moving inside the Liberty Hall as rising deckslinger Yung Singh takes charge, along with local heroes in Lady Shaka and Munasib. It’s a party that’s definitely set to push the tempo, and just going off Summer Dance After Dark this past Saturday, it’ll be the perfect way to cap off the day.

Tickets for the day party with Bicep, Ross From Friends and Willo are all but gone, with Summer Dance After Dark close behind. Cop them here, and check out the full lineups below.
