Back then, it was big room house that dominated the dancefloors, and sitting firmly on top of the seemingly endless pile of producers was Swedish House Mafia. With fistpump-worthy tracks that also held an emotive, euphoric element, the three took the world by storm with the likes of ‘One’ and ‘Miami 2 Ibiza,’ as well as their swan song ‘Don’t You Worry Child’ which was inspired by their Australian tour.
While SHM parted ways back in 2013, Steve Angello has been riding solo while Axwell & Ingrosso have been performing as a duo. All three members reunited back at Ultra Music Festival in Miami earlier this year, prompting many to ask whether they would reform, fuelled by their comments that “we’re Swedish House Mafia for good this time.”
Now, Angello has seemingly confirmed that the group will be touring together next year. “It’s happening, obviously,” he said in an interview with Swedish publication Sydsvenskan. “Not all the details are set, but we will be back in 2019.”
