A twenty-year old Chicago rapper, one of the world’s most infamous producers and R&B’s first and late queen Aaliyah collide as Tink and Timbaland rework one of her greatest hits.

Tink has just dropped a new version of the track, simply called ‘Million’ through twitter and instagram, revealing an updated version of the Timbaland produced beat, and weaving smooth raps over the original chorus. ‘One in a Million’ was first released in 1996 and one of Aaliyah’s biggest hits – stretching for 8 weeks in the Billboard Top Ten. It’s no surprise really that Tink and Timbaland have linked up to honour the singer – the two have collaborated on Tink’s latest album and the producer worked with Aaliyah for the most part of her career. ‘Million’ is out now via iTunes.
