There aren’t many producers in the game with a portfolio like TOKiMONSTA.

The fact that she’s released tracks on labels from underground heroes like Brainfeeder to EDM heavy-hitters like Ultra is indicative of her eclectic talents. Her most recent full-length, Lune Rouge dropped via her own Young Art imprint, and is another display of her genre-bending musicality with dancefloor-ready results.

TOKiMONSTA’s live show is equally as ambitious, where she drops soulful R&B remixes, club-ready thumpers and an arsenal of her own tracks, too. We caught her performance in Bali last August, and we can confirm that Australian audiences are in for a very nice time when TOKiMONSTA graces Laneway Festival and two of her own headline shows in February.

Ahead of her visit, TOKiMONSTA gave us a concise playlist of her favourite tracks of 2017 – and who knows, maybe she’ll work some of these heaters into her set next month. See TOKiMONSTA’s quality selections below, and grab tickets to all of her upcoming Australian shows right here:

1. CRi – Keep It Real ft Jesse Mac Cormack

CRi never fails to excel in the art of making hypnotic dance music. This song forces you to move your body while experiencing a cathartic release.

2. H.E.R. – Focus

This song is the perfect mix of chill and loving vibes. You are going to want to dim the lights for this song.

3. Mount Kimbie – Marilyn ft. Micachu

This is a great example of Mount Kimbie’s departure from a heavier sound into a more chill electronic vibe – I really appreciate the newer sounds.

4. A$AP Ferg – Plain Jane

This is track is such a banger.

5. Maxo Kream – Bussdown

Another banger and major drop-it-on-the-dance-floor guarantee-er.
