Sydneysiders: Prepare to summon your inner-goth come October 28, because Honey Club are throwing a Halloween soiree for the demented and demonic.

Honey Club are Sydney’s all-girl ass-kicking squadron that we interviewed a few months back, with their bi-monthly parties delivering a female-centric soundtrack until the early hours of the morning. Resident ladies Matka and G COO have been everywhere over the past few months, playing at events including Listen Out, Curve Ball and ASAP Ferg – and now they’re returning to their spiritual home of Tokyo Sing Song for another installment.

Come October, the music will get a little more grim with their Halloween party titled Honey: Coven, which is rounding up the city’s leading ladies on the decks including Ariane, FlexMami, Mowgli May, Liz Bird and special interstate guest Sezzo Snot. We’re expecting lots of mascara on the night to compliment the black and blood-drenched wardrobes of all the punters in attendance. Oh, another thing: It’s free!

In preparation for the party, Honey have handed us their trailer which actually looks pretty terrifying. There’s no Reject Shop faux skeletons or mouse costumes here – if you watch this trailer alone three times in the dark, you might actually shit yourself:
