2022 can’t come fast enough…

Hot off announcing their 2022 return mere days ago, UNIFY Gathering has unveiled the first lineup announcement for its widely-anticipated event, and they’re not pulling any punches.

Coming through with an all-Aussie batch of artists (love to see it) for their return, metalheads will be in no short supply of headbangs or mosh pits, with The Amity Affliction and Violent Soho on headline duties, both of whom attaining icon status over the past couple of years with their eclectic albums and otherworldly live shows.

Along with the two Aussie mainstays, local bands WAAX, Teenage Joans, Yours Truly, Ocean Grove and plenty more will be taking to the stage as well, with punters getting up close and personal with all of the triple j favourites and up & comers they could possibly ask for.

Pretty bloody crazy. And to make things even wilder, this isn’t even the full lineup, with a second lineup announcement expected to land within the next couple of weeks. And with backup dates in March already secured should its January 20th – 23rd dates need to be postponed, it seems UNIFY is set on making this the ultimate return, and what else can we do but welcome them the hell back?
