Still riding the highs (or maybe still high?) from their best performance in the Hottest 100, with their cover of The Angels’ ‘Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again?’ coming in at number 23, Australia’s most beloved trio Dune Rats have gifted us fans another piece of anthemic gold to cherish.
“To have the chance of playing the most iconic Angels song with Rick and John was one of those moments in life you gotta pinch ya self,” the band said of the cover. “Super humbled that it was voted as the highest ranked LAV of 2023.”
‘LTD’, which we are premiering today, features everything we’ve come to expect from the Dunies – razor-sharp vocals, a chorus that doesn’t quit, and a tasty half-time breakdown or two – all backed up with some crunchy guitars and thumping drums. It only takes a single listen for this one to get stuck in your head and not want to leave, like that mate who’s been crashing on your couch for three months.
It also marks the collaboration between Dunies and Birds of Condor who have joined forces for a nine-piece set of lifestyle apparel and accessories with art by Jase Harper called Spaced Golf. In fact, it’s launching today, following the pre-launch party over the weekend – head here for an up-close look at the collection.

The visuals see the trio get up to all types of mischief on a golf course before mischief eventually catches up with them… It’s part Jackass, part sci-fi, part comedy, part Scooby Doo – what does that mean? Well, you’ll just have to watch it below:
This Friday, February 3rd, Dune Rats kick off a massive 44-date tour headline tour through the US and Canada with special guests Chastity before heading to the UK and Europe for with good mates Beddy Rays as guests. The ‘International Rampage Tour’ (full dates below) will have one small interruption with Dune Rats heading back to Australia to headline Super Fun Day Festival at Brisbane’s Easton’s Hill Hotel Outdoor + Ballroom on Saturday March 18th.
