Where De La Soul’s classic by the same name criticised their label and situation, this track out of Brisbane is all about finding your own way.

‘Me Myself and I’, which originally dropped as a single in March of this year, is a testament to trusting the process and putting yourself on. “At the end of the day, it’s you against you. It’s all about how much you want it. The only control you have is over what you do with what you’ve got.” Kei Leeza said.

Directed by Jacob Pedersen, and as an extension of that sentiment, the clip’s aesthetic mirrors that of a Weiden + Kennedy Nike campaign blurring the lines between artists and athletes. It features Dante Jackson, Donovan Russell and Salomon Lukonga in starring roles and depicts a story of three athletes perfecting their craft in different fields, each of whom represent the moment of taking control of your fate, chasing a dream and working tirelessly to make that your reality. Amongst the narrative (and a lot of sweat) we get to see some pretty fancy footwork, tidy finishes, a posse shot and a minty fresh pair of thunders.
