Yes, Summer Bright Lager’s Summer Sessions may be over, but the memories will live on forever.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been travelling across the country on the Summer Sessions tour, bringing beers and free music to venues across the country. Co-headlining the tour was Alex Lahey & The Belligerents, with stellar local supports on all six dates. First there was WA, and then there was NSW, and last weekend, it was finally time for QLD to turn up the heat. There’s no other way that we would’ve gone out, with two packed shows in Coolangatta and the Sunshine Coast.

By the end of these shows, we were rammed like sardines on the dancefloor filled with sweat, crowd-surfing and sing-a-longs aplenty. What a nice time! We’ll have to wait until next summer to do it all over again, but in the meantime, see what went down on Summer Bright Lager’s last hurrah:
