Fans of punk/hardcore/alternative rock music rejoice. Organisers of Good Things Festival have today dropped a lineup that features minimal DJs, producers, or electro-pop acts. In other words, it’s a festival where you will be able to walk around without fear of ruining someone’s sunset selfie, and avoid the need to pick glitter out of every orifice for weeks after.
Leading the charge are Brisbane punks Violent Soho, hardcore hippies Parkway Drive, early 2000s pop-punk outfit Simple Plan, Bad Religion, Skegss, Karnivool, and Simple Creatures which is a collab of Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus and All Time Low’s Alex Gaskarth. And there are loads more tasty acts too.
