L D R U has been dominating the charts and airwaves with his ‘Keeping Score’ single this year, which has earned platinum certification and an unexpected cover from Paces & Guy Sebastian. Now, he keeps the vibes flowing with his bouncing summertime anthem ‘Next To You’ – which has just received some extremely bizarre visuals. It starts off innocently enough: A dinner date filled with nods to throwback Australiana, but things eventually turn malicious as the video becomes a quirky horror story of sorts.

The ‘Next To You’ visuals come courtesy of local party-starters and production perfectionists Entropico, who have delivered memorable clips for the likes of The Meeting Tree, Beni and more. Chester Buchanan stepped in for director duties, and we’d like to give all parties involved a stern pat on the back – we won’t stop having nightmares about this one anytime soon.
