Who knew Offset had the tastebuds of a 40-year-old…

In amongst Rihanna’s show-stopping halftime performance and Bryan Cranston’s return as Walter White, the Super Bowl was also host to hip hop royalty Cardi B and Offset this past weekend, the two starring in a new McDonald’s ad for Valentine’s Day.

Titled ‘Know Your Order’, the new TV Spot features Cardi and Offset along with eight other couples, all of which explaining the details about their significant other’s go-to Macca’s meal and the importance of food as a love language. And it turns out old mate has the Macca’s tastebuds of a 40-year-old, with Cardi reciting her husband’s order as a “Quarter Pounder with no onion, just cheese”. Is it possible to find a Macca’s burger any less bland?

Luckily, it seems the two’s combined tastes make up for it, with the Cardi B & Offset Valentine’s Day Meal being made up of Cardi’s go-to: a cheeseburger with BBQ sauce and large Coke, as well as Offset’s, as well as a large fries, apple pie and large Hi-C Orange Lavaburst.

It turns out that aside from being the biggest sporting event on the US calendar, the Super Bowl has some added significance for the famous couple, with it being the six-year anniversary of their first date. Clearly it makes sense for the two of them to be the ones to unveil the new Macca’s Valentines Meal together. Check out the full ad below, along with Rihanna’s beloved halftime performance below.
