Following the release of videos for “No Problem” (which feat. 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, and DJ Khaled), “Angels,” and “How Great, Chicago favourite Chance the Rapper shared the visuals – via Facebook Live video yesterday – for his rousing yet melancholy track Same Drugs. The Sesame Street vibe clip sees Chance plays the piano with a giant puppet, who sings the tune with him before eventually taking over – we’ve seen these puppets before – they hit the road with Chance as part of his Magnificent Coloring World Tour. The audio’s actually an alternate version of the song – different than the one that appears on Coloring Book.
Big things happening for Chance right now, whose up for seven gong’s at this Sunday’s Grammy’s, including Best Rap Song (No Problem), Best Rap Album (Coloring Book), Best New Artist and more.
ICYMI, Chance has also recently taken to modelling – posing in several shots for Freshgoods’ ‘Thank You Obama’ fashion line – the rapper is apparently a favourite of the ex-President’s.
