Hip hop legends…

As the election nears its end, late-night talk shows across the US are doing everything they can to inspire voter turn out before polls close. As a result, we’ve gotten some banging musical performances from artists of all genres. However, it’s safe to say The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon has topped all the other late night shows, tapping Big Boi and Sleepy Brown for a remix of their collab ‘We The Ones’ with Killer Mike and Big Rube.

Draped in iconic Outkast merch (on the 20th anniversary of Stankonia no less), Big Boi and Sleepy Mike appeared on stage rapping their hearts out, going hard AF from the jump to remind the nation of their resilience in such precarious times. Then, much to our delight, Run The Jewels rapper Killer Mike appeared on stage with the duo, elevating the performance to a whole new level with his iconic flow and groove. It’s pretty fitting that Killer Mike made an appearance, Stankonia being the world’s first introduction to him way back in 2000.

It’s a pretty dope performance, and is a sick reminder that the hip hop legends still have it in 2020. Check it out below.
