You’ve probably noticed that American late night shows have taken a bit of a hiatus during the current COVID-19 crisis, cancelling shows in favour of staying home. But luckily, a couple of those hosts like Jimmy Fallon, Conan and Jimmy Kimmel have taken matters into their own hands to pump out content for those who are social distancing.
Perhaps Jimmy Kimmel is winning the competition rn (if there even is one), managing to snag a stripped down acoustic of The Killers song ‘Caution’ on his Jimmy Kimmel Quarantine Show. The full show is a 15 minute daily “minilogue” as Kimmel condenses his usual monologue to give his unique take on news, pop culture and everything in between.
The rock superstars join the virtual show at 8:00 minutes to talk about how they’re holding up as well as the USBG Foundation’s Bartender Emergency Assistance Program they’re currently involved with.
Following the mini interview, Brandon Flowers and Ronnie Vanucci took to the washroom to perform a raw acoustic version of ‘Caution’, bolstered by some beautiful bathroom acoustics and Flowers’ ever so magnetic vocals.
