Lil Nas X is something of a cultural megastar these days. From starting viral memes to trolling his hip hop peers to a ridiculous extent, it seems he’s firmly front and centre of everything controversial and relevant.

Now, he’s stepped it up a notch, linking up with legendary pro-skater Tony Hawk for a quick TikTok skating tutorial. Armed with Hawk’s limited Liquid Death Mountain Water Board, the ‘Old Town Road’ rapper proceeds to show us how to pull of some ‘Airs’ and ‘McTwists.’

Or that’s what he’d want us to think, the rapper switching places with Hawk at the last second (the power of editing never ceases to amaze), who, you guessed it, proceeds to smash out both tricks with complete ease.

Of course, the post is captioned with a reference to Nas’ latest meme, writing ‘nah WE tweakin,’ with even Tony throwing out a faint ‘tweakin’ in the video.
