Eclectic UK rapper Slowthai made his US TV debut yesterday, appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. 

Performing his November single ‘Deal Wiv It’, which appears on Mura Masa’s recently released album R.Y.C (Raw Youth Collage), Slowthai did his very best to leave a lasting impression on Fallon and his adoring audience. What feels like the backing track to a Guy Ritchie film circa 1999, ‘Deal Wiv It’ is a combination of rap and punk sensibilities; a reckless narration of Thai’s ‘give a fuck’ attitude about people around him who’ve changed up since his come up. Typically, it’s littered with fearless and playful storytelling, an essence which translates seamlessly into his charismatic live show.
