All signs point to a truckload of groove on the new Tame Impala album.

Is anyone else getting some disco vibes from the new Tame Impala music? Maybe it’s the super danceable tempo, maybe it’s the congas, maybe it’s Kevin Parker’s vocals reaching a new level of smooth? Whatever it is, it’s definitely a nice change of gear from 2015’s Currents, and it’s got us super excited for their forthcoming record.

Here we see the group performing ‘Patience’ (the tune they dropped last week) as well as a new track called ‘Borderline’, that we can safely presume will also be on the album. Awash in colourful visuals, Parker and co ease through the tunes in a way that feels like they’ve been playing them for years, so chuck your dancing shoes on and give it a spin:
