The latest tripped out video from the UK producer Lapalux features mechanophilia (that’s um, sexual attraction to cars) and hallucination-inducing beats from his album “Lustmore” – out now on Flying Lotus’ label Brainfeeder.

Directed by London videographer Nick Rutter, who has also worked with Laplaux’s earlier work featuring gimp masks and bending bones. Channeling some strange ‘Nightrider’ fantasies as the main character becomes increasingly attracted to a 1989 Porsche, the alluring clip captures the percussion-heavy and densely layered track with sounds of longing and a soft saxophone. Featuring the warped vocals of frequent Flying Lotus and Bonobo collaborator Andreya Triana, the mellow track is the perfect soundtrack for some late night driving. So long as you’re not too attached to your car.
