Miley Cyrus stole the show at this year’s MTV VMAs – she was hosting the whole soiree, after all – but also earned plenty of raised eyebrows with her risque outfits and for being unapologetically staunched by Nicki Minaj.

At the end of the show, she took the stage with her new band called Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, and now V Magazine have unveiled some backstage editorial featuring the group. We guess we shouldn’t be surprised by Miley Cyrus’ NSFW imagery, as she’s even planned an upcoming gig for the band where all members and punters will have to be in their birthday suits. The rest of the pictures see Cyrus and her colleagues donning bold, colourful garments and accessrories.
