Are you kicking yourself and/or bashing your head against a letterbox because you didn’t get tickets to Chet Faker’s gig at the Sydney Opera House? Fear not, my friends: Saturday night’s show is being live streamed so that human beings all across the world can enjoy the new, improved and beardless Chet Faker in all of his live glory.

You know you’re a big deal when you play a show at the Sydney Opera House, which may be our greatest national treasure that isn’t Shane Warne. Saturday night’s November 7 gig marks the final stop of Chet Faker’s illustrious Built On Glass tour, and will be broadcast on the Interwebs from 9:00pm local time. The live show promises a nine-piece choir and horn section to amplify all the live goodness. Fingers crossed for extra trumpets, fellas!

Also in attendance will be Chet’s recent collaborator Marcus Marr, so dust off your disco wheels for their track ‘The Trouble With Us’, which will presumably get a whirl.

This show will be followed by Australia’s biggest Boiler Room show yet in Melbourne, headlined and curated by Chet Faker himself. But before that, get yourself a toasted chicken foccacia and a Bacardi Breezer for your dinner tray, and tune into the live stream right here on your device of choice. Going out sucks, stay in with Chet!
