Damn it feels good to see Australians killing it – and they don’t come much better than Haitus Kaiyote. Having snatched a Grammy nomination last year for their track ‘Nakamarra’ – which featured Q-Tip, another achievement in itself – the group rounded off 2014 with a blockbuster tour with fellow Melbourne talent, Remi.

Heading into 2015, the group are gearing up for the release of their album Choose Your Weapon, and now we have an insight with their single ‘Breathing Underwater’. It’s vivacious instrumental soul that just bleeds with energy, and we can’t help but smile at this one.

The album is set to be an 18-track, 70 minute marathon, and Haitus Kaiyote will have you dazzled the whole way through. Have a listen below, while the band will pack their bags for SXSW and an American tour later this year:
