A few weeks after it was announced that Nas would be playing his classic album Illmatic at Sugar Mountain Festival, it has been revealed that he will be taking the show around Australia.

Released over two decades ago, Nas’ Illmatic is an undisputed masterpiece. Along with It Was Written, it still stands as his definitive collection of storytelling, laying the groundwork for East Coast hip-hop’s unapologetically raw sound. The album features the likes of DJ Premier, Large Professor & Q-Tip offering some of their hardest production work to date, while also showcasing AZ’s immortal verse from ‘Life’s A Bitch’.
