Textual communication is about to get a whole lot funkier, with the Unicode Consortium announcement of 37 new emojis that are being considered for their next update.

The news comes with a previous announcement that emojis are also going to become more ethnically diverse, and this latest batch of possible inclusions features the in-demand taco emoji. We have no doubts about how popular this one will be – others include a hot dog emoji, popcorn emoji, cricket bat and ball emoji (#STRAYA) and more.
