Aside from being an amazing basketball player, Liz Cambage is just a complete boss in every sense of the word; on and off the court. From leading the way for young female basketball players to being an ambassador for Rihanna’s esteemed Savage x Fenty label and just being a trailblazer for female athletes, it seems she’s on a meteoric rise to becoming an all-time legend.
Now, rightfully so, the 29-year-old has gotten real about income streams and the options afforded to her in the form of sites like OnlyFans, stating to NBA trainer Chris Johnson recently on Instagram that “The amount of money I could be making off OnlyFans is crazy. What am I doing sitting here? It would need to be called something else though. If I was going to do something like that, like sell members only content, I’d build my own base. Why not?”
If anyone could do it, it’s definitely her. The star also posed topless for Playboy last year, taking the moment to celebrate her sexuality and break down stigmas for female athletes, saying “I’ve never embraced my sexuality in public. Me doing Playboy is me celebrating my sexuality like, ‘Yeah, I am a straight six-foot-eight (203cm) woman who likes to have sex’. I’m a human; it’s what we do.”
“As a female athlete, I feel like I’m not allowed to be sexy and I’m not allowed to be that person. All society wants from me is to sit down, shut up, go to training and play my sport.”

She’s definitely got a point, being able to draw on a wealth of personal experiences in the sporting world since 2011 when she was drafted second overall by the Tulsa Shock. No doubt whatever she does next will be unique and completely on her own terms, and we’re definitely keen to see how she continues to push the bounds on and off the court in the future.
To be reminded of the overall badass she is, check out some footage of her absolutely killing it on the court in that legendary game between the Wings and Liberty in 2018 along with her recent ESPN cover below.
