What a list…

It’s no secret that NBA players and essentially every top athlete in a sporting league are always being compared to each other, with countless lists being generated to determine who is the best of all time. And especially with The Last Dance taking the world by storm recently, everyone is rehashing those conversations once again.

ESPN has too, and as usual MJ has taken out the top spot, beating out Lebron, Bird, Magic, the usual suspects. A couple of his teammates made the list as well, like his partner in crime Scottie Pippen and NBA wild card Dennis Rodman. The list isn’t just OG all-time players however, with a bunch of modern day stars making their own entries, most notably Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry.

As always, it’s a balancing act between paying respect to the legends of the past while giving props to the modern day talent that’s tearing it up on the global stage.

It’s definitely sick as hell, and it’s a list that’s hard to argue with. We’ve included the top ten below, but you can check out the full list at ESPN.

1. Michael Jordan

2. Lebron James

3. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

4. Bill Russell

5. Magic Johnson

6. Wilt Chamberlain

7. Larry Bird

8. Tim Duncan

9. Kobe Bryant

10. Shaquille O’Neal
