Chuck on your detective hats…

ICYMI Vans just put out a cryptic post on their socials calling out their followers to show up for a run roll club that is happening in Sydney next Wednesday December 3rd… But what *is* a roll club? Where are they rolling to? Will there be beers? Let us answer these burning questions for you to the best of our (honestly not very good) ability.

Firstly, a roll club is, by the sounds of things, like a run club with skateboards – kind of like a run club except you aren’t obliged to take your shirt off, share your Strava or let it become your whole personality. Thank fuck this thing also doesn’t finish with a sober coffee rave. Ew.

Which brings us to the next question: where are we headed? The answer is pretty cryptic. Apparently there’s an international band playing at a house party, which we’re gonna assume is within rolling distance of Centennial Park (Paddington Gates) where the Roll Club kicks off.

In short, we’ve got no idea who’s playing, but there is Good Things festival on that weekend, so maybe one of those Vans-coded internationals??

Oh, and yes, we’re told there will be beers from Better Beer, plus giveaways from Vans. And that’s it. That’s all we know.
