The 2025 NAB AFLW season is still in full swing, and the increase in summer and Christmas parties means you can make the most of your team spirit. Here’s how to show your love of the game all year ‘round.

The 2025 NAB AFLW season commenced in August with the final taking place on Saturday, November 29. With the game continuing to grow, the merchandise has followed suit with a range of Indigenous guernseys, AFLW Pride merchandise, as well as polos and hoodies ready for you to showcase your style.
Whether you’re repping a new official AFLW ‘fit, or want to rewear your AFL cap and scarves, gather your mates and head to an AFLW game to make the most of your footy wardrobe.
Off-duty footy style
Your footy wardrobe needn’t collect dust in between seasons. Start weaving in your AFL merch into your everyday wardrobe. A pair of vibrant AFL socks can add some colour to your monochrome outfit, while a cap can be worn on your casual weekend walk (not just during the season).
If you want to wear a team guernsey outside of the footy grounds, consider pairing it with neutral trousers and shoes to have your team pride pop and let the guernsey do the talking.
Team colours
Like we said, footy is a lifestyle, not a season. As well as wearing your team guernsey, repping your team colours in your day-to-day wardrobe can help you feel connected to the game all year long. Whether you’re looking for a sense of community or are just proud to be a part of a team, wearing your team colours weaves the sport into your every day life even further.

From the yellow and black of the Richmond Tigers to the maroon, blue and gold of the Brisbane Lions, you don’t have to go full mascot to show loyalty.
Vintage is king
Is there anything better than finding a kitchy piece of footy memorabilia? To show your love of the game, head to your local op shop or vintage store and browse for old school AFL merch. From retro windbreakers to faded caps, vintage mugs to badges, exploring second-hand stores is a fun hobby that’ll help you find some more pieces for your footy wardrobe.
Weave in the vintage piece to your wardrobe by pairing it with the staples you already have. For example, wear a vintage club tee under an open button-up or a 90s bomber jacket with dark jeans and sneakers for an off-duty weekend look. You’ll be able to get creative and it makes for a great pub talking point, too.
Supporting your club isn’t just about what you’re wearing during the AFL siren. By weaving your favourite merch pieces into your summer wardrobe and repping your team’s colours during a 2025 NAB AFLW game, you can maximise your footy wardrobe and show your love of the game all year long.
