“No Youth, No Future” – Justin Henry.

Growing up in Columbus, Ohio, skating whatever sketchy spot he could get to, Justin Henry learnt the value of putting in the hard work and the power youth ambition. It’s something he’s carried with him his throughout his entire career, and it’s that belief in youth that has inspired the new Vans Style 36 Pro.

For the Style 36 Pro, Justin wanted to accomplish a more understated look with a nod to the ‘80s, as well as a call-out to his namesake, which is stealthily embossed on the tongue. The shoes are finished with the words “World” and “Peace” on the outsole and laces. Accompanying the Style 36 Pro is a jacquard-print tote featuring cherubs inspired by a vintage ‘70s sewing bag gifted to Justin by his aunt.

It’s the kind of reminder that we all need right now and an optimistic beacon to the future. You can shop the limited edition kick at Vans.com from June 15th.
