Some of Australia’s finest lined up to test out the Vans Skate Authentic.

What’s not to like about the Vans Skate Authentic? It’s the classic Vans silhouette with a little bit of extra padding and improved durability including the Vans DURACAP underlay and molded heel. That’s all well and good but how does it stack up at the skatepark? Obviously, there’s only one way to find out.

Taking over Curbside Coaching on March 5th, Jackson Pilz, Callum Paul, Johnno Halchenko, Tommy Breaks, Zepp, Joey Cormack and Adelaide Norris took to the new street-inspired obstacle with a classic Melbourne street hydrant and interchangeable pole jams by Tama Ramps. Safe to say the Skate Authentics delivered in performance:
