Illustrated Interview: Reginald Pean
Devilishly delightful work from NYC.

By Andrew Yee & Chris Yee

Dangerous women, tropical landscapes, grim reapers, and vibrant colours fill the world of Reginald Pean’s work.

Based out of New York, Reginald’s art is like a cross between 1980’s cocaine Miami and dank grindhouse cinema, brought to life across collages, illustrations, paintings, and even tattoos. We asked Reggie some questions about his art, his life, and whether Denzel Washington could have pulled off the role of Gladiator!

So shout outs to you Reggie, you the man! SPANIARD! SPANIARD!
