While there were veterans like Tony Hawk and Bucky Lasek flaunting their skills under the relentless Australian sun, it was 14-year-old Keegan Palmer who stole the show – and he eventually took out the top prize in the Pro Division. Despite his tender age, the Gold Coast talent has been skateboarding for a decade, and didn’t seem at all intimidated by his senior competitors. His poetic display wowed all in attendance and he won first place to a roaring audience, and more importantly, he received a bloody championship belt. Huge:
