If you haven’t seen Avengers: Infinity War, congratulations, you are one of few people left on Earth.

Being hyped for nearly half a decade prior, the plot details of the film were bound to be kept top secret. It comes as a surprise then that Oscar nominee and all around cool guy, Mark Ruffalo, actually spoiled the ending of the film in an interview with Good Morning America back in July, 2017.

SPOILERS AHEAD, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

In the interview, Mark Ruffalo and Don Cheadle are having a very spoiler free conversation about up and coming projects. When the subject of Infinity War comes up, the interviewer passingly notes…

Interviewer: Someone always bites the dust, or gets really badly hurt.

Mark Ruffalo: You should see this next one, everybody dies!

Don Cheadle: Dude!

Clearly embarrassed, Ruffalo asks if they could “rewind that part” as Don Cheadle’s face melts into both panic and disappointment. It was never revealed if either actor got into trouble with Marvel Studios, but seeing as both are still playing their super heroic counterparts, it can be assumed probably not.

Ruffalo has a bad habit of accidentally spoiling multimillion dollar blockbusters. As recently as October of last year, Ruffalo landed himself in hot water for streaming the first 45 minutes of Thor: Ragnarok by mistake via his Instagram.

It is yet to be seen whether or not Ruffalo has any other plans for spoiling future films in the mega franchise.
