The two pals deliver complementary kicks as part of adidas’ 50-year superstar celebrations.

Despite coming from different parts of the United States, skaters Jenn Soto and Mariah Duran have formed a longtime friendship due in part to their shared love of skateboarding. Today we have our first look at their ADVs, which as a tribute to their comradeship complement each other nicely.

Each pair also has a unique nod to their respective hometowns – Duran’s features an embroidered cactus and star, whilst Soto’s features the New York skyline in the insole. Both shoes feature high-vis detailing and are made to be skated in. Check them out below and set a reminder for May 9th when they go on sale.
