After making her debut on Vanity Fair’s ‘Same Interview’ series in 2016, pop megastar Billie Eilish has once again taken the hot seat for the fifth year instalment…

And jeez, she’s really all grown up now. Previous years have seen the ‘Bad Guy’ singer echo all of the hallmarks of adolescence (last year’s edition was significantly heavier however, for obvious reasons), but the 2021 interview sees her really come into her own.

Donning her signature blonde-hairdo and a bright red sweater, the 12-time Grammy winner gets deep on it all in the 22 minute clip, opening up about her coming to terms with fame, her ever-changing style and of course, returning to the live show circuit.

Much like last year’s edition and the 2019 version (check it here), the majority of her answers to have changed, even her favourite movie (it’s been Fruitvale Station for every year until now), but of course, her brother FINNEAS remains her answer for “Who’s your best friend?”

But all in all, it seems that she’s has finally gotten out of that child-star trap most of her contemporaries struggle to outgrow, and dare we say she looks Happier Than Ever (couldn’t resist). Check out the fifth year instalment of the ‘Same Interview’ series below:
