More than a decade after their first collaboration, Vans and Crayola have teamed up yet again for an animated new collection of footwear, apparel and accessories. Featuring tie-dye prints and scribbled logos, the Vans X Crayola capsule fulfils a simple yet appropriate brief; make it colourful.
The collection, which adds the classic look of Crayola’s art tools to Vans’ signature styles, extends on the shoemaker’s brand of self-expression, allowing even the most novice of artists to draw outside the lines. Vans’ Authentic Van Doren and DIY styles are updated with a playful colouring book print, while the ComfyCush SK8-Hi panels remain bare as a blank canvas for hand drawn customisation.
On the accessories front, the collection includes a nostalgic backpack with bespoke crayon pockets, complete with the capsule’s wardrobe of cotton tees and hoodies. Checkerboard illustrations are splashed across the apparel, which is rounded out by staple crew socks for creativity on the go.
The Vans x Crayola Collection will be available from February 18, and you can shop the look either at Vans retailers or by heading here.
