Both Groove Armada and Hot Chip will be heading down under at the end of this year, each slated to perform a string of shows in November for the Australian leg of their respective tours. 

Announced today via Secret Sounds, English band Hot Chip will kick off the week-long electro shows on November 16 at Brisbane’s Princess Theatre, before capping off their performances at the Roundhouse in Sydney on November 18. The synthpop quintet will perform a slew of tracks from their 18-year catalogue, including cuts from their upcoming eighth studio album, Freakout/Release, which is expected to drop next month. 

Meanwhile, fellow electronic musicians Groove Armada will perform a trio of shows across the country, first hitting Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on November 17. Elsewhere, the UK duo will perform at the Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane (November 18) as well as Perth’s Kings Park and Botanic Gardens (November 20). Groove Armada will be touring their 2020 album, Edge of the Horizon, alongside their remixes of songs from the likes of Madonna and Fatboy Slim.
