And blow they did, with Santa Cruz and Independent Trucks hosting a night of beer and raucous tunes. It kicked off with a bloody powerful set from punk riff-slingers with a melancholic core, Sonic Reducer. Those lads perfectly warmed the stage for C.O.F.F.I.N, who did exactly what C.O.F.F.I.N do: whipped the crowd into a sweaty frenzy that included Jiu-Jitsu action up front, a smashed light fixture by the second song, and a myriad of swinging elbows.
All in all, it was a delightful orgy of punk rock and skateboarding that left us covered in beer and bruises—what more could you want? Check out the best bits from Dougal’s lens in the gallery above:
