Night two in the bag.
Okay, technically there wasn’t a ‘roof’, but you know what we mean. We were brought together in the courtyard of the Lord Gladstone in Chippendale to get an up-close look at Champion’s new campaign, its collaboration with artist Sam Absurd, and feel incredibly short next to basketball star Torrey Craig.
From the get-go, there was a real party atmosphere as we wandered into the legendary pub, with Jerico Pica and Brandon Lingal from Blend Theory making it feel more like a Friday night than a Tuesday, keeping the crowd moving as the courtyard filled up.
The walls, and just about everyone in attendance, were decked out in the new Champion x Sam Absurd range, which sees the artist bring his distinctive style to a collection of Champion staples. There was plenty to check out, with the new pieces taking centre stage as guests caught up over drinks, checked out the campaign and got a closer look at the collab.
